The Ontario Soccer Association offers a a series of courses and workshops for minor soccer coaches to assist them in the OSA's Long Term Player Development Program (LTPD).
With LTPD as the guide, the OSA Coaching Department has launched new online resources for coaches working at all levels of the game in Ontario.
LTPD is a program for soccer player development, training, competition, and recovery based on biological age rather than chronological age.
